Why this is its own section
Section titled “Why this is its own section”Co-lending is operationally the most complex single module in the platform. It touches origination, decision, documentation, disbursement, LMS, collections, accounting, reporting, and partner-management — all with dual-lender constraints and a separate regulatory framework.
It is also the single largest scale lever for a sub-₹500 Cr lender (see Section 1.2). Investing in clean co-lending architecture pays back as soon as the second partner is integrated.
